Rural Oregon

Woody Biomass – Allows for a transportation tax credit by green ton for Biomass including woody, agricultural crops, manure, yard debris, oil and grease.

Farm to School – Allows school district to apply for a grant from the Department of Education to purchase Oregon food product and to fund educational activities related to agriculture and gardening.

Rural Schools – Allows rural schools to receive additional funding through the state funding formula with an additional $8 million for rural schools.
